General objective: development and experimentation from TRL4 to TRL6 level of a prototype for a new temporary immersion system in bioreactors with a digitalised decision-making and control unit for plant micro-propagation, testing and validation of the prototype under real operating conditions at the trader and patenting it for commercial exploitation on the domestic and international market.

Specific objectivesI:

O1. Design and production of the prototype for the new temporary immersion system in bioreactors with digitalised decision-making and control unit.

O2. Testing the reliability of the new type of bioreactor digitised under concrete conditions provided by the micropropagation laboratory of the trader and validation of the system.

O3. Demonstration of system functionality by transferring micropropagation technologies into bioreactors of high-bush blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) and the alun (Corylus avellana) at SC Renard Olunden Srl.

O4. Submission of an application for an invention patent to OSIM Romania for Temporary immersion system in bioreactors with digitalised decision-making and control unit for plant micropropagation.

O5. Developing the partnership between SC Renard Olunden Srl and USAMV Cluj-Napoca for the introduction of research results carried out in the Research Center in Agricultural Biotechnology-BIOCERA, in production practice.
